Training Content Terms of Use

The training courses, videos, presentations, assessments, documents, graphics, and other materials provided by Pro V&V Services, LLC (“Pro V&V”) are proprietary training materials and are provided to you for your individual training use only.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in Pro V&V training, you agree to the following:

You may:

Use the training materials provided to you for your own authorized training and professional development.

You may not:

  • Share your username, password, or course access with another person.
  • Copy, reproduce, record, photograph, screen capture, download, or otherwise duplicate training content except where Pro V&V specifically provides a material for download.
  • Forward, distribute, publish, post, upload, sell, or otherwise provide Pro V&V training materials to another person or organization.
  • Share assessment questions, answers, answer keys, or other testing materials.
  • Modify Pro V&V materials or use them to create another course, training program, presentation, or instructional material.
  • Upload or provide Pro V&V training content to artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine-learning tools, automated content-generation systems, or similar services.
  • Remove copyright notices, logos, watermarks, or other ownership notices from Pro V&V materials.

All Pro V&V training content and associated intellectual property remain the property of Pro V&V Services, LLC or the applicable rights holder. Your access is personal and may not be transferred to another person.

Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or distribution of Pro V&V training content may result in removal from the course, termination of access, revocation of a training certificate where applicable, and other remedies available to Pro V&V.

By registering for or accessing Pro V&V training, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Training Content Terms of Use.
